“A moment I won’t forget…”

Jul 18, 2025 | California, Fallbrook, News & Events, Painted Posts | 0 comments

Painted Post Topics at the Fallbrook Art Center.

At the Fallbrook Art Center, a woman visiting from New York stood in front of one of the Posts for Peace and Justice and said “This… this made me cry.”

That moment reminded me why I do this work.

These 14 Posts (189 nationally in 10 years!) were created to hold our shared hopes, our pain, and our dreams for a better world. To see them reach someone’s heart so deeply — that’s the real power of art.

Have you visited the exhibit yet? I’d love to hear what moved you.

HERE ARE SOME OF THE 120 artists/youth/leaders who have worked with me on these Posts!
